Street parking is available. We highly encourage making use of ride shares or carpooling with friends! 

The Evening’s Events

5:30 – 7:00PM  Welcome Reception! Doors open at 5:30PM, make sure to check in and grab your bid card and table information. Libations (including non-alcoholic options) and passed appetizers will be served while you mix and mingle with friends. During this lively cocktail hour, you can also place bids on our Almost Live Auction items. Be sure to purchase raffle tickets!

7:00PM  Calling all Patrons!  Last call for drinks at the bar (don’t worry, there will be wine at your table). Bidding concludes on the Almost Live Auction and guests are asked to make their way to their seats. 

7:15PM  A Parisian Night with Prep Live Auction Begins! A decadent plated dinner is served along with wine provided at your table. Once dinner is underway, the Live auction begins! We ask our guests to please remain seated and get ready to raise those bid cards! During the live program, guests will also have the opportunity to support the Fund-a-Need and Prep’s favorite, Dessert Dash! 

10:00PM Good Night! Once the SPREE’s festivities conclude, you are welcome to stop by the registration table to check out and take home any Almost Live Auction wins!

Auction Q&A

What should I wear? 

We are asking patrons to arrive in cocktail attire. 

Do I have to buy anything at the auction?

We strive to have auction items at all price points to encourage all of our families to participate in both our online auction and live event. However, purchasing items is not mandatory. We do ask that guests remain at their tables for the duration of the live portion of the auction even if you are not actively bidding.

How does the Wines & Spirits Auction work?

Wine & Spirits Silent Auction items will be displayed during the cocktail hour. Each item will have a bid sheet listing the approximate retail value of the item, the minimum starting bid, and accepted bidding increments, as well as a guaranteed purchase price. If you wish to bid on an item, please write your name and bid number beside your desired bid amount. To ensure you win your item, be sure to check back regularly to update your bid, OR bid the guaranteed purchase price amount and it is yours! The Wine & Spirits Auction portion will close at 6:50PM.

How does the Almost Live Auction work?

Almost Live Auction items will be displayed during the cocktail hour. Will there be raffles at the event?

YES! Two amazing raffles prizes will be up for grabs at SPREE during the cocktail hour. Buy a raffle ticket - or three!  

What is Heads or Tails?

Join us at the start of the Live Auction to play a fun game of chance! To play, please hand your mini bid card to our runners (one card per player). Each round our auctioneer will ask you to select either heads or tails. He will flip a coin and announce what it is. If you pick right, you will continue to stand; wrong and you will take your seat. The location of your hands will determine if you are still in the game. Last person standing is the winner!

If I save my credit card, will it be charged during the event?

No, credit cards will be charged on Tuesday, 11/25.

How much will I be charged?

The highest bidders will be charged for their purchased items Tuesday, 11/25. A winning bid OR a raised bid card during the Fund-a-Need, constitutes a legal contract to buy or donate. All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges are permitted.

Can I have a proxy bid for me?

Yes! Please contact spree@seaprep.org for a bid number. We are happy to assign a bidder for you.

How do I pick up my items after the event?

 Items will be available for pick up starting Tuesday, 11/25. Contact spree@seaprep.org to schedule your pick up!
