Dinner for two from Ethan Stowell Restaurants- $150

Make your night easy and order a fabulous ready to heat dinner for two from Ethan Stowell Restarants. Dinners can be picked up by you or your student between 3-5:00pm on Friday, April 16 in the Prep garage.

Marinated Castelvetrano olives

Artichoke, asparagus, taggiasca olive and farro salad with buffalo mozzarella

Little gem, treviso, Belgian endive salad with pistachio, radish and goat cheese

Entree Options (one selection per order)

Beef tenderloin with horseradish cream

OR Gnocchi Alla Romana

Both served with bacon Rosemary roasted wild mushrooms and Brussel sprouts

Fresh baked cookies

Cocktail for two and a bottle of wine - $75

Add a White Negroni cocktail for two - gin, dry vermouth, Cocchi Americano, grapefruit and a bottle of Browne Family Tribute Red Blend to your dinner! Please note that this add-on cannot be ordered with dinners going home with your student.

Support Prep at the SPREE 500 level! The additional proceeds support Prep’s mission and all of the programs that directly impact our students. Wine is generously underwritten by the Seattle Prep Board of Trustees.
